gylsystems.com (the "Site") is operated by GYL Systems S.A. de C.V. ("GYL Systems"), with registered address at Popocatépetl 6, Lomas de Occipaco, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, ZIP 53247, Mexico. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Site by any visitor or user.

By accessing and browsing the Site you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to refrain from: (i) attempting to breach its security or that of the systems hosting it; (ii) using automated mechanisms to extract content at scale; (iii) introducing malicious software; and (iv) using the Site in a way that harms the image, interests or rights of GYL Systems or third parties.

The Site's contents — including texts, designs, logos, trademarks (such as "GYL Systems" and "Metiorix"), graphics, photographs and code — are the property of GYL Systems or are used with their owners' authorization, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. No license over them is granted by mere use of the Site.

Client trademarks and logos shown in the success stories section belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely to illustrate the business relationship or the projects delivered.

5. Informational nature of the content

The information published on the Site (including service descriptions, figures and cases) is for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, price and conditions of any service are agreed in writing in the corresponding proposal or contract between GYL Systems and each client.

The Site contains links to third-party sites and services (for example, metiorix.com, WhatsApp and social networks). GYL Systems does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; accessing them is the user's responsibility.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

GYL Systems strives to keep the Site available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, GYL Systems shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from decisions made based on its informational content.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the use of the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of the State of Mexico, waiving any other forum they may be entitled to by reason of their present or future domicile.
